The QuiSuite Platform
The QuiSuite Platform is a series of applications built on a totally UK-compliant set of accountancy principles. Start with the accounts, then plug in the applications your organisation runs on, and every one of them posts straight into the same trusted books.
Every application stands on the same foundation: double-entry accounting that follows UK accountancy principles from the first invoice to the year-end close. A booking taken, a rent collected, a stock item sold: each becomes a proper entry in your ledgers, in the right period, against the right account, with a trail back to where it began. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing drifts out of step.
QS Accounts: our flagship
Complete accounting and business management for UK companies, for a single user on one laptop or a busy multi-user office.
Basic
£10 per month
The core accounts every business needs: home dashboard, sales and purchase ledgers, stock control, banking and reconciliation, nominal ledger with budgets, forecasts and year end, email and letters, the Report Writer, CRM, Services and Service Contracts, backups and user access control.
Standard
£15 per month
Everything in Basic, plus Order Processing, Multi-currency, and Fixed Assets and Finance Agreements.
Complete
£20 per month
Everything in Standard, plus the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and Job Costing.
QuiSuite is licensed per company by subscription. Every new company starts with a 30-day free trial of every module and application. We do not put prices up for existing customers. No VAT is added: QuiSoft Limited is not registered for VAT. VAT may become chargeable in future if we register, and we will tell customers before it applies.
The Vertical Applications
Built on QS Accounts, so each one already speaks the language of your books. Each is £5 a month on top of QS Accounts.
QS Bookings
Bookings for community enterprises. Halls, rooms, minibuses and equipment booked, confirmed and invoiced, with a Diary and a Scheduler.
QS Charity
Charity and Gift Aid. Every gift checked against HMRC's Gift Aid rules as it is entered, and the claim built for you.
QS Rental
Rental property management. Landlords, properties, tenancies, rent, deposits, maintenance and compliance, with landlord statements at the press of a button.
QS Membership
Clubs, societies and associations. Members, subscriptions that renew themselves, Direct Debits, bar and hall takings and the AGM.

Cross platform
QuiSuite runs on Windows, Apple Mac and Linux. Use the computers you already have; mix them in the same office if you like. There is no need to buy new machines to run your accounts.
Totally non-proprietary
- Your data lives in PostgreSQL, a free, open-source database that any tool can read, now and always.
- An open-source edition of the development system is available, with no loss of functionality.
- No vendor lock-in. If you ever leave, your records come with you, ready for a VAT or tax inspection.
On your premises, not in someone else's cloud
Run QuiSuite on your own network, or on a single stand-alone PC. There are no hosting fees, no cloud fees, and no per-user subscription to a data centre. Work carries on when the broadband drops, and your books stay on your premises, under your control.
